Can't see she has a leg to stand on if she refuses to return it after you've offered a full refund upon receipt. Them's the rules, you've abided by them, she's trying to stiff the system, but will fail.I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.
Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.0 -
She has been driving me crazy keep sending me e-mails asking for L50 refund ( I think she means £50). I have asked her to send it back for a full refund at her cost and have asked for pictures of the basket and wrapping. She keeps sending me e-mails with no attachments and asking for a parcel refund( I think she means partial i.e.£50.00). Last night I think she sent me about 11. I responded through dispute asking for return of the item at her cost and I will refund her money.
So today she leaves me a nasty negative feedback:-
"worst insulting dealer. If you have a problem forget it being worked out"
I spoke to Ebay customer support last night and they said if I have offered refund for return of item that is all I should do. If she does not comply then they will just close the dispute.0 -
Well done you for sticking to your guns. You were bound to get a neg - and most sellers do get blackmailed into backing down on Ebay - but £50 or a neg - i know which i'd prefer
