Tesco phone shop.com problems

I took a contract out last week with tescophoneshop.com and got 100mins talk, unlimited texts and 100mb of data free bolt on.

I activated the phone with tesco, I then logged on to the O2 website and checked my new account details. I found out I am paying £3 extra for the data which should be included in the price.

I have emailed support and sent a screenshot of the order confirmation showing the free 100mb bolt on and telephoned them several times.

Its now 4 days later and they keep saying that the support team will get back to me in a few days when they pick up the email.

Has anyone got any tips or advice for me ?
Should I write to them instead recorded delivery?

    Is this the O2 offer where it says a £3 discount will be shown on every bill ( this making the bolt- on free) or is it a special Tesco offer?

    I have had my first o2 bill and its not discounted its on as a paid bolt on
