HO87 is right to remind us that the BPA does include both LAs and PPCs. It would be interesting if Ms. Patel's election was the first step in a "takeover" by the LAs. They obviously haven't rewarded SR-S for his services to the private parking industry.
The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life. :)

  • Which PPC(s) does she own?

She isn't so bad, trust me!
Not got an interest strictly in private parking.

What sort of reward were you thinking of? - a Knighthood, perhaps.

Simon has already been described as a 'Parking Baron' in one of Martin Cutts articles.

Anyway, I thought he was already a Count.

    Or maybe I just misheard.
  • We want to see the introduction of a standardised Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and other statutory notices used in Civil Parking Enforcement

Is a Parking Charge Notice a "statutory notice"

I always think that "Master Plan" should always be followed by the phrase "mwahahaha" and an image of someone gleefully rubbing their hands at the thought of world domination.

"Do you really expect me to pay this speculative invoice?"

"No Mr Bond, I expect you to die".
    :D
