Contacting Dialaphone!!!!!!!

Having read the thread on the additional £40 cash back when taking out a 3 Mobile contract via

https://www.dialaphone.co.uk/theworks

I took out the contract.
I received a statement of the items/cash I would receive from dialaphone including the redemtion vouchers ....... but no mention of the additional £40 cash back.
I phoned customer services and after the ring....ring.... for what seemed a lifetime an operator was unable to help and suggested I contacted Customer services by email .... I received an automatic acknowledgement .....but nothing else.
So I phoned again. The operator confirmed that there was no reference on the database to any repayment of £40 within 28 to 40 days. She said she would ask a Supervisor to contact me .........I haven't received a call in the last 24 hours .... but as the answerphone says ''we are extremely busy at the moment.... phone in the afternoon...or visit our website''.
So I sent 3 emails......to Sales.....to Internet Sales.....to Others.
Then I received 3 automatic acknowledgements and another that said .......
''Please phone us as queries of this nature are best dealt with by conversation''........... Any Suggestions or alternative phone numbers?

    Thanks

    I've tried the numbers

The 0207 number is automated sales which when you key in the option tells you to phone......wait for it.....Customer Services
The 0800 number is Sales who say they can't help and that I should phone...... wait for it.....Customer Services.....demand to speak to a Supervisor and wait ..... No doubt I would wait and wait and wait because they are all very busy!
The 0808 no. is Customer Care ......... and I am in a queue waiting for the next available agent..........The call has been answered by Customer Services - I asked (AS PLEASANTLY AS POSSIBLE) to see a Supervisor ...... was asked to hold whilst the Supervisor was contacted.......... NOW I'VE JUST BEEN CUT OFF!!!!!

    hi,
i need to speak to 3 about this also.
i have received my first 3 bill and i assumed that i would get one months line rental free and that it would be the first month, but i havent yet, which leaves me wondering when i will get the 1 months free line rental.

Like you, i have received the cashback redemption vouchers but no mention of the £40 that i am owed in the form of 1 months free line rental, apart from quote: "1 months line free line rental will be credited automatically to your airtime account" (taken from the info i was given when i received my phone and contract).

It is a bit vague to say the least!

im hoping to ring them up in the next few days and i will let you know how i get on.
