Laptop not waking from hibernate/sleep mode.

Hey guys, hoping someone can help me. I got a brand new Lenovo Z575 laptop on Monday and have done all the setup's it required of itself and have now found this issue of if I put it into sleep or hibernate mode it will not wake up. When you say it seems to try to wake up but fails, have you checked the eventlogs to see if there's any error logged that might point to the device that is causing the problem?
