Lets make it easy is it your company? So you or your company will be the registered keeper, or are you driving a company car?
Makes a difference because any letters will go to the registered keeper.0 -

They did it once to one of our fleet, they paid it all back and gave us assurances staff would receive training., they have no legal authority to do itThe truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

We don't know which leasing firm, or even if the OP's company car is leased or owned by the company.
Personally, I suspect it's the latter.
However, if it is leased, the OP could find themselves with an invoice for the PPC parking charge plus a nice little earner of an admin' fee from the leasing firm. In some cases, they've taken the money from the victim's account. There are days when I wonder who are the bigger crooks.
It's better to stop them doing it in the first place and deny the PPC the money. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

it is a company owned car and we own the company. I think i have persuaded oh to ignore it. this is all a new experience to us and in future i will be on the lookout for these types of scams0

Thanks for getting back to us with that. It's good news, as it makes things simple.
Please come back for any re-assurance as each letter arrives. As I say, they will come from the PPC, then the PPC pretending to be a debt collector and then the PPC pretending to be a solicitor, and they will threaten you with every kind of financial and legal unpleasantness imaginable, to intimidate you into paying. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.
