Morning all, nothing much to report again here ... how boring!!
Going to be drawing weekly cash later, did pop to the supermarket yesterday and paid for the shopping (£10ish) out of this weeks money so am already £10 down
Had to buy more bandages and tape for my burn so couldnt really scrimp but still a little annoyed at how much they cost!
The big spends this week are going to be a tin of paint...£25 but have a £10 voucher so £15 of actual cash, a meal out on Monday night (prob around £15 as well) and got a fair bit of food shopping to do this week as i am doing a roast dinner on sunday...need to find where pork shoulder is on offer at the moment.
Also booked into have my hair trimmed this weekend...have downgraded salons and am only having a dry cut, still £10 though!
Plan for money -
£115
£10 Bandages etc (already spent)
£35 Petrol
£30 Food Shopping
£15 Paint
£10 Hair Cut
£15 Meal (monday night)
Not much wiggle room this week!!:eek:2019 Totals: Savings: £929.53 / Mortgage OP - £746.32

Thanks MRN I shall update shortly....might have to be tomorrow as am on the iPad now and I struggle to type too well on here!
Very productive afternoon...uni cancelled so I took the opportunity to still leave work at lunchtime and go home, stopped off on the way at the meat superstore and they had extra lean beef mince on offer for £5 (pack was 1.2kg), bought one of those and have come back and turned it into 5 pasta bolognese lunches ad three cottage pie bases. Have also done music magpie order...£9ish made and they are coming to collect on Monday and finally just listed all my text books on eBay...three have a minimum price of £9.99 so hoping they shift!!
2 loads of washing done and on the airer with the third in now and last but by no means least I currently have a big turkey leg in the oven that I got yellow sticker end recently...once cooked I will shred and that will do for our sandwiches the next few days and weekend.
Phew....I feel shattered now! Wish I was at home every day so I could always feel this on top of things, I need to get on the old part time working game!!!2019 Totals: Savings: £929.53 / Mortgage OP - £746.32

Not much to report since yesterday apart from the newly updated signature....seeing my targets on there makes it a little bit scary and far more real!!:eek:
I have also put on the weight loss total to keep a track of it, I had a few naughty weeks but have been pretty much back on track the last few weeks. Would like to get this to a stone off for xmas but that's not very long!
29p whoopsie loaf of bread purchased last night for the bf's sandwiches for the next few days. I splashed out £1.40 (ish) on some Warburton sandwich thins for me...need to find where does these cheaper, as they are a really good diet option as opposed to bread but a tad expensive.
Charging phone at work today and should be a NSD.
3 watchers on one of my ebay items (a cushion rather than the expensive text books
but still better than nothing), listings were all 10 days so hopefully time to drum up some buyers.
I do need to sort some more stuff out (clothes this time) to put on ebay over the weekend or tonight if I get time and also need to purchase some mailing bags from ebay, otherwise I will end up buying expensive jiffy bags.2019 Totals: Savings: £929.53 / Mortgage OP - £746.32

Indeed, a very productive afternoon - I wish I could have the occassional afternoon off - it would really help.

Hi Laura,
I like those sandwich thins too - they have made me enjoy taking packed lunch to work again! Several of the supermarkets often have them on offer for 2 for £2 so worth keeping an eye on and freezing the other pack (or several if you really stock up!) I've not seen them cheaper than that though
