Confused about dialaphone traiff deal
I have recently purchased an iPhone on contract from Dialaphone. I been using it for 2 days and today decided to register the phone on the orange website. I am on the following tariff as shown on my Dialaphone statement:
iPhone Extra 36 - 300 Anytime Xnet Mins + Unlimited Text Messages + 1GB Data
However after registration I check my orange account and discovered that I have the remaining balance of 110 minutes, 16 text messages and 350MB data left. I only had the phone for 2 days and made 10 minute worth of calls and sent 150 text messages.
Am I being charge directly by orange or Dialaphone and which information should I take into consideration?

You'll be being charged directly by Orange, but this will be a pro-rated allowance, with it being your first month.
Just call Orange on 150 to confirm, but I'm sure this will be the case.0 -
Thanks for a reply
I will give orange a call to confirm things.
Has anyone had problems similar to this and got it resolved?0 -
I don't think it's a problem...you've just started your contract with only a few days left in the billing cycle - so your allowances are pro-rated to the end of the current cycle.
Give them a call, and see what they say.0 -
Whenever I take out a contract (and I currently have 10 running) I always call the network and check various things (sim lock default code - often they don't even know what that is - the statement date, the bundle date, any extra charges for voicemail, text delivery reports, paper bills, etc). I don't use a new contract until I hit the first full bundle date because the allowance will be a lot less than the normal full month allowance.
"Problems" only occur when you don't know how something works.0 -
I confirmed the information with orange. My account will be restored after the first billing period. :money:
#One other question would I be able to increase my data plan from 1GB to unlimited while dropping my mins and text messages without extra charge?0
