Was the guy from the clamping company displaying his SIA Licence?

If not, report him to the police and the SIA, because he is committing a criminal offence.
Additionally, if he hasn't got one, both he and his company have committed a further criminal offence.
Also, does the receipt contain the following:-
The location where the vehicle was clamped.
The name and signature of the person who clamped it.
His/her SIA licence number.
The date on which the vehicle was clamped.
If not, as above, report him to the police and the SIA.
Also, raise these facts in your civil action, as they will render the clamping and charge illegal.0
