Going back to my original posting why when you search for a file you get sent to a page like that and there is so much clutter and links on the page you can't find the download link to the file you want.

Why do they do that?
Both of the links work, but Dogmary has spotted the link on the Driver Identifier page for you.
They do it so that they can make an income. There is a chance of that if you click on one of the other links.0
