The headset is a BTH002 and the driver I am looking for is for the Mono Audio for windows 7 32 bit.

It is this
http://compare.ebay.co.uk/like/290717166187?var=lv<yp=AllFixedPriceItemTypes&var=sbar&adtype=pla
I have the headset and it works on my computer, on another computer, an Acer M1610 with windows 7 it gives an error about a missing driver for the Mono Audio and the sound is distorted.
The driver I need is supposed to be on the site I posted but because I am trying to download it on my computer not the computer that needs it any download manager cannot find the missing driver on my computer because it isn't missing.
So where on that page is the actual download button for the driver?

right click the download and save the file to your pc
copy it onto a usb stick and run it on the other pc
this may identify a suitable driver0 -
Make and model of your PC/laptop? I already knew which headset.
The problem is that layer that was included within Vista, has been removed from Windows 7.
There is no file within your link. The file for which you are looking is here.
Click on the Download button and choose to Save.
I'm guessing that you may need to extract the files to a folder using WinRar or similar and then point the Update Driver Wizard towards that folder.0 -

That will only work if I have access to the other computer, it is a few hundred miles away.Make and model of your PC/laptop?
My PC is something my husband threw together, it has a Gigabyte motherboard H61M-S2PV, 4GB memory and a Intel Celeron CPU G530 @ 2.40GHz
The PC which has the problem is an Acer M1610 which used to have Vista on it and now has Windows 7 and it seems that it is not truly compatible with Windows 7.0 -

Nothing to do with the ACER, the problem is with Windows 7, the Operating System. Vista includes the files that you need.
I have supplied you with the missing files in two forms already.0 -

Thanks for that, the first link did not work, the second link to Microsoft did but until I get the file to the other computer or get the other computer user to download it I won't know if it will work.
Going back to my original posting why when you search for a file you get sent to a page like that and there is so much clutter and links on the page you can't find the download link to the file you want.
If it is even there.
Why do they do that?0 -

I don't suppose that putting the Vista CDRom in the CD drive and setting the path to the CDRom would get the driver?0
