My boss has bought me a bottle of champagne for the past 5 Christmases. But last year, he shocked me by booking a posh Michelin starred restaurant for dinner for us two and our respective partners. He paid for the taxi both ways and the whole bill of food and wine. I was flabbergasted as I did the invoicing after - almost £600 :eek::eek: Prior to this, he's had moths in his wallet so don't know what came over him!! :rotfl::rotfl:

Has anyone bought the oj and mullers this morning and already got APG back? I am about to do my shopping, need oj and yoghurts but wondering wether to get in tosco or a&da??

Asked DS to give me a quick ring or text yesterday to say he'd arrived safely in Tenerife and the little toerag hasnt:eek:and his phone is switched off, so had a sleepless night,Ridiculous I know, but it's his first holiday with just friends and mums worry:o So funny last night, went to see a friend who I've tried to explain mse to before but she just doesnt get it and somehow the conversation got round to wombling and she confessed she wombles in COSTA coffee and gets the points added on:rotfl::rotfl:I was so shocked but just thought "Now theirs an idea" So today I shall be getting a Costa card.Hardly ever go in there but sure I can use there loo or something as an excuse to do a bit of discreet wombling;)

Ooh, i go to costa all the time and see receipts, didn't know you could add on. Ta for that info :T

Problems:
1. Using a clubcard other to the one on the reciepts can give away a lot of info to Tesco. Not only can they see that the person who is buying is not the person redeeming, you are also at risk at the till as the reciept does not match the rtd (if the rtd had the cc number on it).

2. Inputting the reciept with the reciept clubcard number also has its problems as although both rtd and reciept will match, if they ask for a clubcard to redeem, this obviously wont. Although I don't know if they are asking for the clubcard to redeem, or just to input?

If over time it is not the case they ask for they clubcard on redemption, then the nine imput method looks good....

Your thoughts?

Is his phone activated for use abroad? Its called roaming or something like that

I only ask as mine wasnt last year and i was without phone for 5 whole days :eek:

It depends what else we are doing tomorrow might be PR can never find my way round the car park in H & went in there for one thing last time which they hadn't got so couldn't get car park ticket validated so had to join an enormous queue at C.S.

Second choice M's in A anywhere but T's O:mad::eek:
