Oops Morning all!
We're off to look at some cars today....will do a little detour past a couple of Asda's methinks
thankyou just been trying to look
don't think I'll reach their limit :rotfl:0 -

(I've encountered this in T before, my JTD voucher had wine on the receipt and it was refused on the next shop as it also had wine)
This only happened because you were caught by a trout. Tesco have nothing in their policy saying you can't buy wine or the like on a JTD voucher if it was already on there.
Just target your cashiers better. No middle aged women (apologies to middle aged women on the forum but it is a statistical fact from my experience that this is the largest band of trouts!).I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

Happy ASDA glitching - looks like Tesco have finally sorted out unique JTD voucher creation so it's ASDA's turn to feel my new force!
Yes that explains why I've got 3 receipts stuff, oh well it was good while it lasted. I only ever used one receipt one voucher anyway and I'd just about given up doing JTD shops anyway at the end of May before we went away. Now all of my conditional spends are used up I was only going to do smalll shops.
My shop from Sunday should be OK anyway wont it?
I suppose wombled receipts are no good now unless there is no clubcard on them?
So its the same as with Asda now small shops of very specific items with 8 very low value things to top the basket up eg bottle of water, apple, orange, carrot, potato etc
Also as they now both match Morrisons what we need is some sort of sticky at the top of each thread with a precise list of this weeks Morrisons offers - price description, part of barcode. Morrisons tends to keep its offers and only change them on Mondays, a bit more reliable. I was in there at the weekend getting salad stuff and noticed a few good things that might be suitable for APGs (and now JTD) eg Nutrigrains, Goodfellas pizza, coke zero. We have a quite small Morrisons so its easy to walk around and also on Morrisons website it does list some of their best bargains“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

No it was a young lad that time but this store was always a very very difficult store. The manager said it his decision wether or not to accept JTD vouchers and so I contacted HQ and they backed him up
So I've mainly used the big city centre store a 20 mile round trip from us if I've needed to do a T shop.
In the meantime we had a new T megastore built, its a right monstrosity. I've been in a few times to use up conditional spends and MOCS and so far so good, The weekend staff ar far better but they still have the elderly matrons on the tills that were elderly matrons when the store 1st opened about 20 years ago“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove.
