Hello all
I have a Samsung Galaxy S whenever someone sends me a pic it says downloading but nothing happens how do i correct this?

Are you on Wifi? Picture messages will only download if you're on mobile internet (on the SGS at least, not sure about other phones but it's true on mine). If you're on wifi and a picture comes, it will try to download it but nothing will happen, even if you switch on to mobile data after it arrives.
If you go into messages > settings, under the MMS Settings heading should be a tick box for "Auto-retrieve". If you untick that, the phone won't try to download MMS until you're ready - so you can see that the message has arrived, but instead of auto-downloading a button will appear that you press when you want to download the message.
So when a message comes, if you're connected to Wifi or don't have your mobile internet switched on, you can connect, then push "download" on the message and it should come through, and then you can switch it off again/put the Wifi back on.0
