i've had problems with american buyers in the past to the point i considered withdrawing from the US market.
similar things that have been mentioned here - buyers demanding to know why the listing said one price and i've taken more when they haven't understood that dollars are different to pounds.
i've had one before wanting to know why the free next day delivery for UK buyers wasn't being honoured for him in america and wanting to know why i'm shipping things from britain and not shipping them from a US address?
i've had an email before telling me the customer's mother didn't like the postman that delivered her parcel when she was alive and that i wasn't to use him again. that was the email that nearly tipped me over the edge of just not listing in americahelpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'

I don't think anyone will quite be able to top Brettcta's experience, but I've twice been asked (by 2 different US eBayers) to open a brand new, sealed CD/DVD and provide details of the sleeve notes or the disc itself."The secret of life is honesty and fair dealing.
...If you can fake that, you've got it made."

Well common sense wins.
The buyer replied again to saying it was my fault he was confused. Almost left it there, but sent 1 more message to try and explain it and he replied and apologised! and has just revised the feedback.
