virgin won`t upgrade

We had 10 mb broadband with virgin for 3 years.Lately it was rubbish so decided to leave them. i phoned them and said that i want to leave but they said they can make the 60 meg broadband for the same price as the 10 meg was so i dcided to stay with them and signed 12 months. This was on the 22nd of may and since than after so many phone calls and complaint emails still nothing happened. What the hell could i do next?:mad:
