How to post a golf umbrella?

I bought a large golf sized umbrella for my wedding and I'm looking to sell it - any idea how I can package it for postage? It's got a rounded handle so it'd need to be a wide tube - but I can't find anything suitable to buy. Does anyone have any ideas?
