Faulty Memory card

I would have to ask is what you have selected to buy fully compatible with what you want to use it with?
You may have selected something that is similar but not the same or suitable for your use/equipment.

I use various sized memory cards on my cameras & video camera but the slightly older smaller camera will not take anything above 4MB where eight works a treat in the newer camera (all due to camera specs and ability).

My PC can't even see the card with the adapter. It is a class 4 8GB SD for use in a Sansa Clip MP3 player.

Can you test the card in another PC? We used to have one that would not see memory cards or adaptor in the slot, on later buying a new PC we had no problems with the card or the adapter.

Other than that I would send them both back recorded delivery signed for which should cost 95p on top of minimal postage and then ask for a refund.

Tested on both computers and no joy. Anyway, the card should be recognized in the Sansa Clip and both are not.

I've never heard of sansa clip so can't advise on compatability issues. What brand is the card supposed to be?
