Now you are making assumptions and getting the OP's hopes up.
There might have been exceptional circumstances like an engine becoming dislodged or something not within the airlines control, which resulted in the crew going out of hours, but of course we don't know.The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0 -
No hopes are being raised, as i said, we have enough to cover about 98% of a return flight to boston and yes they are vouchers which is why i also assumed they couldn't be swoped for money... but interesting to know if they can0
