    Shall I tell them?!

I wouldn't for the bankruptcy order itself. You know it should be there.

However, I would certainly have a look to see if you can work out why it might not be showing.

For example, is the address on the BR order the same as the current/previous addresses you gave when signing up to Noddle? Even a slight difference could mean that their systems fail to match it against your report?

Is anything else obviously missing that you think should show?

That Noddle have a complete and accurate address record is the most important thing to check.

Not to make sure that the BR order shows up. But more other accounts that should do but could be missing? If you can't see them, then when it comes to time to clean up the files you won't know whether they have been updated correctly or not. Just because you might not see them now, that doesn't mean that the correct link might be made some time down the line and an uncorrected account pop up years down the line.

  • My address isn't on the Insolvency Register due to DV, that's probably why then. Does that mean my BR never will be?

All my account information is correct apart from a financial association with my ex which doesn't exist which I must sort out with Nationwide. I think the BR must be on either of the other 2 CRA though as until now I had a £3600 credit limit on my Next account (which I never used and anything I have bought has been paid in full each month) and it's now gone down to £0.
