I just had another look at mine. I was looking at who has credit searched me and I've seen this comes up a couple of times recently.

    Gb Group Plc (Id)
    Ice Plc
    Anti-Money Laundering

Who are they and what provoked that search?

When you log in to noddle. Click on the my report tab at the top, the summary has the report date on, this date will be the time the data your viewing was captured so to speak, obviously if you haven't been on for 30+ days it will be today's date. It will again update no sooner than 1mth after that date, that is how it works for me. I believe the entitlement is one report in every 30 day period but you can obviously view it as often as you want. Hope this helps

    Hi all.

As i said for me I joined Noddle on the 20 th June and It updated today (20th July) at the same time of day that I joined so it looks like for me it updates once a month on the date and time I joined.

I'm using it at the moment to check on when Joint Debts change (I went bankrupt in Nov, Wife went bankrupt in June, Mortgage and Second mortgage both showing late payment since november and not default). Nice to have a free service.

I registered on Noddle last month, I went BR in Oct 2006, was discharged in April 2007, yet all the defaults from then are still showing on my credit files.

    Is this right?

Do I have to wait for them to be taken off 6 years from my BR date, or 6 years from the discharge date, or should they be no longer on there?

Defaults should be dated on or before your BR date. So they should all have dropped off by October.

I thought they were suppose to be removed 6 yrs after the account first defaulted (each should have a default date) which if you've done cleanup i believe would be the date you went bankrupt.

Fermi is the one to ask. :)

UPDATE: Fermi already has whilst i was typing

Thanks Fermi, so if they're still showing by November, how would I go about getting them removed?

I know things are getting better on the credit side, as I was accepted for a CC last week and I managed to get a normal current account a couple of months ago with an overdraft.

I will NOT be making the same mistakes as before, believe me! :D

If the default dates are on or before your BR date of October, then they shouldn't show in November.

If for some reason they do, and the default dates are not wrong, then you would dispute with the credit reference agencies as to why they havn't removed them.
