I signed up with Noodle a while back. I have had issues logging into my account and have since been locked out.

Noodle are very slow to reply to emails (that's if they reply). I'm unsure what this 'free' service is getting in return. However, if I'm unable to make contact with Noodle, then its doubtful I will ever find out ?

I reported about 3 things wrong with my report. They replied in email within 12 hours on one of them. The others I have had no response as yet but I thought that was pretty good TBH

    Hello All.

I registered for Noddle on the 20th June this year. It says it updates the report once a month but is anyone able to tell me at what point during the month this happens?

I thought it might be either start of month, end of month or each month on the day i registered in which case it should be on the 20th, but I hoped someone who had been using it for longer might have a better idea.

    Thanks.

I signed up to checkmyfile last week, one month free, then £8 a month if you carry on, it shows all 3 CRA's and you can even dispute errors online through there service.

Problem with cmf is that it the data usually seems to lag behind the direct reports.

Plus it does not show any credit account data from Experian. Just judgements. Which is not a lot of use for checking your reports post BR.

    From CMF's small print.
The information we provide may not be identical to that which can be obtained elsewhere. For example, we do not provide account information from Experian.

Has been regularly about the 15-17th each month for me recently. But was pretty random prior to that.

I was on the testing phase before it went completely public, so I don't think my sign up date has any bearing for me.

    May be different for you.

Try on or after the 20th.

It allows access to a updated report once every 28 days or so. Example if you checked your noddle report on the 20th of June you will get a updated report no sooner than the 20th July. You could however not look at it again till the 27th July but would then have to wait till the 27th Aug for it to update again, hope that makes sense.
In a nutshell when you look at your report that is the same data you will see for approx 30 days then you are entitled to the latest again.

Luf that hasn't been how Noddle has been working for me. I (paranoidedly) check Noddle daily but it only updates the info once a month and I can't remember on what day/date that is. I just go there and it has been updated iykwim.

Has not been working quite that way for me. Has been updating at about the same date every month, regardless of whether I've logged on to check at that time.

If it had only updated when I logged on, and reset the 28/30 day period each time, then the dates my report were updated would have shifted back significantly by now. They have not.

I think they are still tweaking the system as they go though....
