I keep being tempted by this for Christmas but now I'm wondering if it is worth getting either the new ipad3 on finance or even a reconditioned iPad 3. I'm just thinking that by Christmas the ipad2 will be quite old, fine if it was just for me but want it as a present for my husband.

I wish I could just make a decision, any thoughts??

It keeps coming and going. Perhaps the stock is really low.

Mines a gift for hubby too but he should be grateful hes getting this one as i hate apple with a passion :rotfl:. Plus hes getting a wii u for christmas too.

Been checking on and off over the past couple of weeks. Sometimes I saw refurb iPads, but no other refurb items (macbooks etc.); other times I saw no refurb iPads but lots of other refurb items. Really strange that the web site seemed to switch between the two randomly.

Seems to have settled down now. Since yesterday I've seen refurb iPads and other items at the same time. But refurb iPads have sold out for now.

If you can get an Ipad 2 for £259 refurb I think that's the way to go. You can spend some of the difference on some itunes gift cards (hopefully find offers on these too)

Regarding finance there are Buy Now Pay Later deals around as long as you cough up the £££ before the year is up ELSE the interest is added from day one.
