dont use virgin mobile. phone sent for repair 2 times in 2 weeks. rubbish service. phones got to go back for "repair" again. another 6 days without phone.other service providers would have replaced phone by now.
been informed virgin just launched 24 hour replacements on all virgin new tariffs.
Pity they dont look after old customers.

    Highly unlikely - check the forums and you'll find that getting faulty handsets repaired is a problem no matter what network you are on.
