Can I delete anything from this HIJACK this log please?

Hello all - my computer has suddenly decided to go on go slow!

The CPU usage is 100% although I am only running Mozilla, SKYPE.

You don't appear to have an anti-virus installed.
That would be a good start and do a full scan with it.
