Sky offer - multiroom

I've just phoned Sky to cancel as we are moving in 3 weeks and felt we would get better deals as new customers once we have moved. The man I spoke to said he could reduce my package (basic £25 one) to £15.77 a month for 6 months and there was another offer of mulitroom for £2.50 a month for 12 months. Just wondering if anyone knew how the multiroom would work, would we have to buy an extra box? I wasn't interested in this so didn't think to ask but having since phoned my husband he wants to know more! We do have a spare sky+ box, could we just use that, would we be charged for the installation of the multiroom or would that be included with the free home move? Thanks

Normal upgrades to multiroom depend on the offer available at the time and can sometimes charge for the box and or installation. Moving home is I believe at the moment free but upgrades to your existing installation may incur an extra charge for additional cabling if you wish to use your existing box. Yes you could use your existing box and merely ask Sky for a viewing card for it.
The only way you will get a definite answer to your questions on your account will be by phoning Sky again.0
