Feeling sad

I'm one of those going through 'a very tough time'. Even just texts off friends help. I know everyone has their own problems, and I would hate to know my problems are upsetting others, but it is nice for people to say they're thinking about you.
I've always found then when going through traumatic times, you'll have the friends who are in touch all the time, and then there'll be others who can't deal with the grief (or don't have the time and don't know how long they'll be on the phone if they do ring!), or others who just don't know what the right thing to do is and they'll keep their heads down and wait for you to get in touch with them.
Sometimes we forget how much other people feel our grief.
Just let them know you're thinking about them. Card's a nice idea, but I'm not sure I'd want any at the moment. Trying to live 'normally' and have lots more grief to come over the next few months.
Hugs.
