I get this link when I follow through the support on skype.com
https://login.skype.com/knowledge-base/login-form?return_url=https%3A%2F%2Fsupport.skype.com%2Flogin&application=knowledgebase
Login and see what that offers you by way of help?0 -
Why do you need to speak to them? If you log into your online Skype account and look at your 'My Account' this will show all payments made and taken. Incidentally, a number of services from Skype allow for ongoing payments, you need to deselect these if you do not want them renewed.0

Hello thank you for your reply. I did go into my account at Pay Pal and saw that it was Skype that was paid. I know you can pay automaticly to Skype but I stoped that a long time ago. The strange thing is the amount. If it was £10 £20 £30 you could understand but to take 32.76 Euros is very very strange. I have not heard from Skype or Pay Pal.:mad:0
