I can't find the answer on ebay, although I do know it's there.
Don't business sellers have to display a telephone number on their contact info?

Apparently not, the obligation is for a geographic business address.
Someone did post a link on here a year or so ago showing that phone numbers weren't necessary.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. No phone number required.
Name, address and e-mail contact only.0 -
Another silly question, how long would people give a business to respond to a question about posting something next day courier delivery?0

You can get contact details for someone you bought from through ebay (don't have the link right now)
It may not be the seller's fault
Ebay are not very good ad displaying contact details, mine come and go from listings, I used to have everything displayed, then at one point I was anonymous, just an address, no email, no phone no...
Now it's a compromise, name and email, but still no phone number. :question:0 -
My landline is displayed and I have been trying to remove it but can't for the life of me find out how!
I don't mind a mobile number on there.
I have only had a couple of calls from potential buyers this year but it always takes me by surprise!0 -

I haven't bought, I messaged several sellers to see if I bought whether they could send out next day.
2 sellers have got back to me one with a good deal, so shall buy from them.
Thanks everyone.0 -

Can't you change it on your personal information in your account, or is it different with business sellers?0 -
Is it just me but do you wonder if some small companies clock its your number and dont answer the phone.
Bought an expensive machine, Brand new. Got an issue and they dont answer the phone now.

Have you tried emailing them? it could be an old number not updated by them or eBay.
(or withholding your number if you think they know it's you)0
