Is there anything I can do about an order that has not been dispatched?

I made an order about 2 weeks ago that has not yet been dispatached due to a "exceptionally busy period". Is there anything I can do about this?

When ordering at a distance, retailers generally have up to 30 days to complete the contract (unless their terms specifically give a shorter time).
If you wish, and providing that the sale is covered by the distance selling regulations, you are within your rights to cancel the transaction and ask for a full refund, they buy the goods elsewhere (if this is possible).0 -

Do you want the order 'hurried up'

Do you want to cancel the ordermake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
