Is there anything I can do about an order that has not been dispatched?

I made an order about 2 weeks ago that has not yet been dispatached due to a "exceptionally busy period". Is there anything I can do about this?

    When ordering at a distance, retailers generally have up to 30 days to complete the contract (unless their terms specifically give a shorter time).

    If you wish, and providing that the sale is covered by the distance selling regulations, you are within your rights to cancel the transaction and ask for a full refund, they buy the goods elsewhere (if this is possible).

    You have nt actually said what you want.

    Do you want the order 'hurried up'

    or

    Do you want to cancel the order
    make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
    and we will never, ever return.
