I called up over a year ago and told them to stop sending me the directory but keep my account open. I have continued to get VIP slots.
Give them a call to 'opt out' of the expensive directory.
I just tried, but was advised that I would need to reinstate the directory to meet the criteria for a VIP slot. I have asked for a call back from a manager, as I'm not happy they are forcing me to buy something that I didn't use. I'm not holding my breath....0 -
Meh all the good stuff comes back in stock after a week or two online when everyone thats went wild and bought everything coz they could decides to return half of it.....and then when the stores stop selling sale and it's changed to online only (although by that point you run the risk of ending up with the stuff they have poked holes in with their ill placed sale tags)No more unnecessary toiletries Feb 2014 INS: 24 UU: 13.
