Oh, now i know what you're talking about...this happened to me too. I emailed them asking, they told me there must have been a fault/error, but it never got sorted out?

They appear all the time on the list of surveys, just makes it impossible for me to get into some of them...

the access code is your email address and your regular password for the site, Just like you were logging on. )

it only works for some of them though, other surveys will not let me in

Just had a new experience with GTM survey. I finished the survey and had a message saying they had monitored the time taken to complete it and I hadn't taken long enough to complete the survey and wouldn't get the points!

The thing was the product mentioned wasn't something that I would consider buying so my answers were basically short and sweet! :rolleyes: I'll keep the survey open next time and do some jobs!

I'm guessing that was the 'fibre supplement' thing last night? As you say, it was only about three questions if, as I did, you said you probably wouldn't buy it!

I complained to GTM and they said the client had insisted on a minimum time. As you say, looks like putting the kettle on halfway through in future :mad:
