Hi there, you can redeem at 1000 points, and the rate is fixed at 5 US cents per point, so because maths is not my strong point can anyone tell me how to work it out roughly? I thought it might have been, e.g, 5 times 1218 (GTM points) Is this right?

    Thanks everyone

    0.05 * 1000 = $50 which is around the £25 - £26 mark

    1009 points redeemed to £25-61.
Not sure if I want to carry on with them as I too keep getting declined. I've only managed to do about 2 surveys in 1yr.

I don't qualify for many either but you get 5 points for less than a minutes work before being declined so I've decided to carry on. Its taken nearly a year to get my first £25 but its still money for not much time - I guess it depends on what else you could be spending those odd minutes doing.

    Hi

I've been doing these surveys for about a year and last time I noticed I was around the 1,000 mark, so about to redeem.

Does anyone know or remember if there are ever opportunities to win points for doing surverys, like some of the other sites?

Only reason I ask is I've just checked my points and it says my balance is over 70,000!

Either I've managed to win something, which would be great, or somewhere along the line they have got it very wrong!

70000 points!!! That's $3500 and about £1800!!! It must be a mistake but i'd claim it in smallish amounts regularly over the next few months (assuming they don't notice)

BTW, you aren't talking about test and vote are you as 70k points would be worth around £15.

I know - I did the calculation, so can only assume it's some mistake, or I won a competition or something! It's definitly globaltestmarket. I've tried to have a look on their site to see if there is any where where you can follow where all the points have come from but can't find anything.

Will claim small bits here and there and hope it works out - if not I've not lost anything!

I've just claimed 6037 points I havent claimed any for a long time. I can't remember if I should get a conformation email from them saying I've claimed them should I have done?

How much do you think that will be about?

Wish I was as lucky as you zeddy :)
    Thanx
