Perhaps she/he's McCain- a plate of chips on his shoulder or he or she finds it hard to understand things and when they are corrected its easier to argue.

Sounds like the type of perosn that has worked out in his own mind that if it only takes 9 minutes to walk to the plane then he can check in at 10 minutes to and there is no reason why they cannot hold it for them. The Manager's favourite type of person.

His solcitor told him something so he refuses to read and see that the law and precedent show that they are
A sensible well adjsuted person would say

"Really whats the source of your info, oh I see, the law and precedent. Thanks for that I will drop a line to my solicitor to ask them to see what they say as this could be important."
Stop! Think. Read the small print. Trust nothing and assume that it is your responsibility. That way it rarely goes wrong.

Fraise your arrogance and inability to listen to other people is mind blowing.

The information you gave me was for the most part was wrong. You also called me suspicious and negative. Then in your next sentence accuse me of making up fictitious posts, sorry who's suspicious ??

I posted on here to find people who had been in the same situation as me. Then use the information gained from them to get a balanced view along with other research.
You expect me to drop everything and act on your word alone. Anyway no time for this. Just makes me wonder how many people you have put off using this forum by your argumentative, childish posts

When someoone like you has obviously FOLLOWED me like a stalker on this site, and contributed to a thread that is of no interest to you - and that you haven't even commented on - you've just left a post for ME - then you're bang on about me being suspicious of you.

I gave you good advice on the other thread, as did others, and most everyone got cheesed off with you - it's there in black and white -and for some reason you were determined to ignore the advice given you. Your choice! But why you've become obsessed with me to the point of following me about is rather eerie.......please go and get a life. I am blocking you now.

Today, received a new service charge estimate for the new year 2014 and now the management company wants £102 per amonth or £1,224 for the year plus they always will want something extra to cover the deficit. In their letter they stated about electricity overspent and I think it will be the case again despite that we still have heater completely turned off in our block of flats. As I remember from the last year, in our block we did not have a heater on until very cold weather. I feel that by the speed they put prices up I will soon not be able to afford to live in the flat I own. Can't see what I am paying for - quality of their cleaning is poor, they do a very little and charge a lot. We had no resident meeting this year, dont think they are too bother to organise them..
