Free calls!! Working VoIP tested on N80
I tested this in N80, and is working 100%.
First we must go to:
http://www.voipcheap.com/en/download.html
, download and istall the pc client for to get a login name and password only.
Then here go the settings for the internal E61 SIP client:
Profile name: Voipcheap
Service profile: IETF
Default access point: self AP
PUBLIC USER NAME:
EMAIL REMOVED - Send PM to This User Instead
USE COMPRESSION: no
REGISTRATION: always on
USE SECURITY: no
PROXY SERVER: (empty)
REALM: (empty)
USERNAME: (empty)
PASSWORD: (empty)
ALLOW LOOSE ROUTING: si
TRANSPORT:
UDPPORT: 5060
REGISTAR SERVER: sip.voipcheap.com
REALM: voipcheap.com
USERNAME: voipcheapaccount
PASSWORD: voipcheapassword
TRANSPORT: auto
PORT: 5060
Now we can enjoy making free calls over inet from our phone.-
work phone to phone
make your call number like "+33..............
on your contacts select the number and option/internet call
Assuming you've registered on VoipCheap and gotten a username/password
and then logged off on your PC,
and properly put in all the settings listed, try this:
tools -> settings -> connection -> sip settings, set registration to 'when needed'.
Back out and got to connectivity -> internet telephone -> registration status ->
and you should see the name of your sip setting,
hit the select button, and you will see 'registering',
wait a minute and see if it gets registered.

It's worth making clear that this uses data over either wi-fi or 3g/gprs, the latter being chargeable.0
