191 Callback problem

I have a complaint about the call back service when calling 191.

Every time at four times now the phone rings and I answer the phone I do not hear any sound from the phone and the call hangs up.

I find the service unusable as it does not work. Please can you help? Thank You.

I'm assuming the OP is using Vodafone, as 191 is their customer services line.

Maybe the OP should try NOT using the callback service, and just wait on hold instead.
