my suggestion would have been what your doing writing to head office dont thinnk need anything else but the law of contract,
you signed up for unlimited text and in breach of your contract you are being over charged so give them what 30days to either resolve the issue and pay for any extra charges you have incurred when you shouldnt have or to issue you with a pac code and you will take legal action to get back your money

I got direct from the Orange shop! ....went in and signed up for the contract rather than doing it online.
