Help, How do I re-invoice after refunding???

I had a a buyer by 4 items off me last week (see this thread! https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4044799) They paid for 3 of the items and then emailed me about combining postage and sending to a german address which was not their paypal address. I have now refunded the 3 items and was going to send an invoice for all 4 things plus international delivery but it is now only giving me the option of sending an invoice for the item they didn't pay for. How can I now invoice for all the items?
This is really starting to annoy me now as I wish they had sent me a message to ask if this was all OK before buying my (UK only) items!
