Hi Everyone, savings took another hit today as i needed to get my car fixed. i'm still posting away on my blog but heres a little tidbit just for you guys...
I'm considering getting a mortgage!!
Now I hate mortgages but we havnet got anywhere with savings in the last 6 months and aswell as that we have seen a house we'd be interested in. However the house is being sold as a divorce settlement and at the moment the husband isn't allowing views. The court ordered the sale so eventually he will have to allow viewing and you never know it might bring the price down abit. I will update when i know more.
I'm trying to do daily posts on my blog aswell so far i'm doing well at itDEC GC £463.67/£450

Hi all things havent went to well here moneywise so i'm going to start posting here again, I guess I don't have enough to fill a blog post.
Used some savings this month so i could pay my creditcard and not have charges however there is already £500 back on it! It WILL be paid completely next month and not used again.
Lent a friend a large amount to bail her out she will start paying me back next week, however it's likely to take atleast a year. Something are more important than money tho, like knowing you helped someone in need i'd like to think someone would do the same for me.
I had a bump in my car that cost me £150 yesterday aswell.
After an expensive summer and buying a new car my signature is sadly up to date.
Today is payday, but i'm £150 overdrawn so other than £40 it's going to clear that. £40 is going to the creditcard.
Savings standing order starts on Monday. £200 plus my friend will pay some back next week which will also go to the savings.
In October i plan to save £1800, some of that will be coming from my friend.
Went shopping yesterday and spent £45 this should last us 2 weeks, not including the £13 I need to pay to the school every week, or milk.
However we are having guests on the 5th for steaks!!! i have to buy the steaks and i have ordered cupcakes at £18, hubby has ordered a cheesecake and i will need some salad and veg items, i expect this to cost £100. I know this seems alot but we only do it once a year.
Tonight I will be doing surveys.
Over the weekend I will dig threw old clothes that no longer fit and list on eBay.
On Monday I will take an old broken chain and some old unmatching earrings to cash for gold.
I will save all poundcoins and 50p's in a sealed tin and only open when it's full.
I recently quit my job however I did cover a night this month so I will have £10 to add to my savings.
We ordered new snow tyres yesterday, we found a good known make very cheap and paid using paypal saving over £150. We also ordered car mats as our car doesn't have any!! with winter comingg we were worried about our car getting ruined, our mats have wee clips so we had to buy official ones at £65 which we are going to collect on saturday. While there we will mention the rust on the roof of our car!! it's an issue with our car and honda will fix it for free and spray the roof for us.
Other than car mats I will spend no money this weekend.DEC GC £463.67/£450

Hi kola
Well the best laid plans an all that-one of my kids are sick, so a spent at home cleaning.
£200 added to the savings, 50p in the pot. I have some money to lodge in the bank aswell but can't do it now
Canceling my gym membership as soon as i can get there, they need a months notice and the dd is set for tomorrow so i will pay next months then stop going at the end of that month. Quitting person training aswell so another £20 a week saved. New SOA will be coming today.
Signature outdated. £13 sent to school today is a LSD but it can't be helped.DEC GC £463.67/£450
