A sicky boy turned into a sicky family, i still havent lodged my cheque :( and our cash only system went out the window along with our diet when we strated living on take away, i've spent £85 just this week!!!

so the plan for now is

There is £12.83 left in the kids money, we have free tickets to a show on fri then we are going to do a easter trail on sat weather premitting which will cost 50p, sunday we are going to the inlaws for dinner so thats the weekend sorted and then i will add £20 and plan for easter fortnight.

Shopping wise i'm only going to draw out £150 next month to try balance things out (i'll do the same the month after) we have loads of food in.

I will have £50 in cash for a wedding.

I need to transfer around £45 to my sister for wedding and birthday gifts (this covers 3 gifts so good going)

I will take out £100 for desil.

Total coming out of the bank is £220 plus £45 transfered to my sister.

Total i hope to save in april is £1400.

I will be back when i'm feeling all better with a meal plan and shopping list for the first half of the month.

    Finally feeling better :)

On a non frugal note my bank rejected 2 paypal paymenst because there wasn't enough money which resulted in a £10 charge and there is likely to be another one :(

Aswell as that everything seems to break here at once so 2 laptop batterys and an ipad charger later i'm £60 down.

Now for all the frugal/money saving things we're doing....

Went to the gym this morning, that might not seem money savings but i'm paying for it so not using it would be a waste of money, i havent been in 3 weeks because we were all so ill.

Had a shower at the gym which is unlike to have saved me any money since we get free water and our heat heats our water really well, but i did dry my hair there so saved abit of electric.

Have an online tesco shop coming today, again might not seem very money saving but taking 3 kids shopping with me most def would not have saved me money.

Have been digging in my freezer for food, kids will be having chicken casarole and mas for tea, whoch will become stew tomorrow all of which will be cooked in the slow cooker, me and hubby are having pork chops with apple and cranberry sauce, brocolli and sweetcorn for tea and i will be cooking chicken breasts for lunchs when the ovens on.I also dug out some sausages and bacon for tomorrows breakfast and a 10p spelt loaf for the kids lunch.

Being april my tax credits have went back up i'm still down money working compared to what i got last year and before you take into account desil :(

I now have 2 work cheques to be lodged but since my cars MOT is up i'm not driving it so that will have to wait til the end of the month.

Washings on the line and i have a wash in on a quick was which will also be hung out so no drier today.

My dishwashers broken but the insurance we pay on it means someones coming to fix it on the 15th at no cost to us (told you everything breaks here at once)

    Thank you.

Well beleive it or not we're noseying at sites, sadly as we are waiting on money owed to us we can't buy any, estate agents were very helpful and said they had a few who would take £25k and even one who would take £20k so it's a waiting game on money coming in and hoping it's still about then.

Cheques are lodged and fingers crossed hubby will be paid this week, hoping to add another £1k to my savings this month.
