I've lost my credit card too - I'm certain it is in the house but can't seem to place my finger on it. Possibly in the same safe place where my iPod is currently hanging out :o *sigh*

Glad it is dry for you - rain still pouring down here but I've had my washing on the maiden rather than in the dryer and no heating on...yet!

I think i did ok, if my overspending cost less than £1 :) no sadly not, i ound mine down the side of the sofa cushion, i bet you've looked there already, look at it this way if you can't find it you can't use it :)

Oh and i also parked in the free carpark and walked the extra bit saving 30p-40p so it's like i spent less than 50p :)

*i'm very good at justifying my spending, i'm not sure this is a good thing lol*

I'm eyeing up a pair of snowboots on ebay, my next ones from last year are leaking they cost me £26, these ones will be less than £11 del, now i'm tempted to wait and see what moneys left at the end of the month, but on tthe other hand they take 15-22 days to arrive so if i wait it could be the end of nov before they arrive hmmmm, i can't decide, they are very nice tho

Evening all, as some of you will know sat is usually my downfall so altho not a nsd today has been pretty good.

Went to the skip then lidl spent £1.38 on milk and nothing else :A

Spend an hr this morning cutting up pallets for kindling, we didn't even cut up a whole one before we filled our bin which will last us a good 2-3 weeks, we have 25 left to cut up, these are completely free to us as we cut them at hubbys work so we don't even pay electric towards them.

Next up we came home for lunch :A

Then we went to makro, we stopped at poundworld on the way as fil had given the kids £1 each, they got a toy each and i saw some very good looking educational puzzles, i got 4 so £4 spent but we've already done a few and the kids were quite good only requiring a small amount of help so def money well spent.

Went to makro, they had pumkins right inside the door and i'd told them they could have pumpkins so we got 3, we went to makro to price dog food for the dog thats due pups, where seh's staying there dogs ahve meat so she's been getting some, hubby felt this was taking advantage so we were pricing some to leave there, we decided the tin tins from lidl are cheaper so didn't buy any, when we got to the till the inlaws paid for the pumkins.

When we got home mil gave us her free bogof crushell loo rolls so we got 24 free toilet rolls :)

And we got free dinner there aswell.

Now we're home and i'm just out of a lobster hot bath, into jammies warmed infront of the fire and planning to watch a film in bed :) i don't think we did too bad, hubbys talking about heading to a market with friends tomorrow, will see how it goes.
