    This tread has been veiwed about 300 times since yesterday!! so there must be loads of people hoping for a good outcome.
    If she wins it will open a huge floodgate for others to follow although most of us dont have 6 years statements let alone 10!

    They didn't turn up but sent a fax to the judge that said that they wouldn't be attending and that they had credited our account with the money I am claiming

    YAY! and right enough the money is in my account!
    Woop-de-doo!
    The judge did say that no-one had gone to court yet and they just all settle so hang in there and wait because they do cave in!
    the 1995-2000 years was £2100
    the 2000 - 2006 was £2319
    That's including interest
    all settled in full
