Oopsadaisy don't say ignore if it hasn't been determined that this is not a council pcn, it's very unlikely that it is, but until it's confirmed one way or the other the advice is to get more information first.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
