virgin mobile "con"

:j i've made a formal complaint against virgin mobile.
went to brighton (churchill square)virgin shop at 10.30am on saturday 30 june 2012 to get two free mobiles through my "rewards" which I had on 2 mobile accounts with virgin.
I checked on thursday 28 june 2012 and also in the brighton store this morning i.e 30 june 2012 (on one of their computers I logged into my virgin mobile a/c) that I had 20 pounds rewards on 079
42 and ten pounds upgrade allowance on 079
7.
then went to customer services desk and ask a young British Asian lady for two free mobiles using my rewards.
She said there was ten pounds on 0791----7 but nothing on 079
42. I said that there was 20 on 079
42 and even showed her the computer screen still showing that there was a twenty pound upgrade. She clearly saw that there was twenty pounds upgrade on the screen I showed her.
she rang customer virgin and they said there was nothing on 079
42.
she then lied to me and my friend saying that she only saw the screen for a glimpse and denied that there had been twenty pounds reward upgrade on my a/c even though she acknowledged it just minutes earlier.
she had an attitude problem and refused to give her first name when asked to confirm that she witnessed the 20 pounds upgrade allowance.
