We can all sit here on a forum and basically guess how a banks internal scoring works,you will always get Ex bank workers on a forum who like to believe they know everything when they don't actually know anymore then the rest of us how internal scoring works.

It's all guesses and always will be as what works for one customer might not work for another.

It's not guesses at all on my part, I've personally dealt directly with the team responsible for this very part of the system and I've learned quite a bit about how it works. Even though I've recently stopped working for Santander, I still keep the minute details to myself.

What CRA is used for monthly feed to help determine behaviour score etc
