    I have bagged all the adult favours and done the kids goodie boxes. Now having lunch before i tidy up. Day has gone quick though and feel like i havent done a great lot :rotfl:

    got that much rhubarb decided to cook a load & freeze them :j will come in handy for the fete's & coffee mornings here :j

    postie bought a party pack from maccains _party__party_ :j
    & a 'Have a Lovely Picnic' book :rotfl:realy sweet, will do for mate's little girl :j

    suns out lovely as well though winds a bit cool so it's
    all turned out nice today :j
    please be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly. k2u58ioz4c8e.png

    Oh yes that's lovely. Love baking although my pastry is a bit hit and miss I make a good crumble. Sometimes even cheat and buy ready made pastry.

    Decided to do an upside down rhubarb sponge and custard for tea OH can thank you fire*fly for putting the idea into my head.

    Our rhubarb has gone mad too but have noticed it is still very expensive in the shops would need to spend a fortune to get enough for a decent pie. (Perhaps I am just mean).

    The shower didn't go too badly, he didn't exactly enjoy it, but he was okay. The shaking afterwards was the worst part, luckily he has a very short coat so it didn't hold a lot of water. He certainly looks a lot better for it.

    Oh it has Sue it has absolutely flown!! Scarily quick. I remember i went for a meal with the family and i was excited then that it was 13 weeks to go :)
