Full details of The Times bike competition now available - you have to enter every 15 minutes and other than between 2 and 2.15 don't know which bike you'll get. I don't need or want a bike so won't be entering (even after inflicting it on the rest of you!).

Good luck to those entering The Times comp. I tried from 9am but took me until 936 to get ot to work so will do as many as i can but won't be every 15 minutes

Postie bought me some more rice krispie squares so must have been a glitch somewhere as you can only win once and i already had mine and havemt bothered with it since.

Really feeling it after last night but it was worth it.

Postie bought a letter to tell me that another one of my poems is being published, a DVD for DH and our new Brita filter jug (it's purple ) in the hope it'll help with the horrible metallic taste of our water. We already have a Brita jug but it's the in-laws and isn't really working anymore, despite a changed filter!

My dads dog tried to hide when she ends in the bathroom.

100 favour bags for the adults at our party put together. Only expecting about 70 adults but there is always the thought people turn up without replying (oh so rude but am expecting it!)

Just going to put the kids party boxes together now and make some name labels for the kids ones.

I have entered a few bike comps with the Times but won't be doing all of them.
Becks I am starting to get nervous for you ........only 2 weeks to go! You will be so busy it will seem like 5 minutes. Enjoy the preparation as it is all part of the excitement. Pray it is a beautiful day for you.
Lady Morticia I am so proud of you going to the gig, you done really well. Start going to a few small events, even if you don't stay the full time and gradual work up to bigger things when you feel more comfortable. Congratulations on getting another poem published. Well done.
Well done to all who had prizes today. Nothing in the post for me but as I have already received 2 M & S bags and a Revlon primer this week I'm not complaining.

SueMaggie that will teach me to read the rules and conditions before entering comps, did about 6 for the bike and have just realised N Ireland is excluded!
Good news is it will free up my Saturday so off to cut my grass in the gardens.
