Morning all
There isn't a Times hourly today, but there's a one-off to win Premier League tickets https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/55260681#Comment_55260681
One for Becks I think.
Still very humid and hot here, but grey at the same time. We had loads of thunder in the night, but no rain which is just weird.
Just waiting for the postie, but these days they either come first thing or not till 2.
Hope yours brings you something nice today.0 -
Morning everyone.
Since I started comping I like mondays. Its the start of a new week so in my mind thats the start of 5 working days where winners are more likely to get WEMs and phone calls. Also the start of 6 days of post. So exciting. Definately takes the monday morning blues away.
That girl who sang Pink on Sat. She could have done a whole lot better though I do get the sneaky suspiscian that the producers told her to sing Pink, when she really didnt want to in order to entertain us. To me X factor is less of a talent contest but more of an entertainment program. Its not there to find talent anymore its there to provide us with some light sat night entertainment.
Its raining here today. I was going to go for a run this morning, but it is pouring down so I am going to the gym this afternoon instead. So for me it is a morning of comping.
Good luck everybody, hope we have a good weekCurrent Aims: Laptop/PC, decent money, holiday
Best Wins: Ipad, Nintendo 3DS, £400 Shopping Spree at LK Bennett, £100 Boots vouchers
Total Wins (Since April 2012) £3442.56
Big thanks to all who post comps :T:beer:0 -

Morning everyone, it's oh so quiet here, DS2 was up til nearly 3 this morning complaining that his eye hurt and DS1 hasn't been surfacing until mid afternoon during this holiday
, so just me and my lappy ATM.
Just packed up all my sold ebay parcels to take to PO in a little while and paypal is looking £48 healthier:j.
Got my little bro and family coming down to stay over the bank holiday weekend, which means 8 of us in a small 3 bed house:eek:, which slightly resembles something out of Grimebusters/How Clean is Your Home?, so this week I will mainly be lurking in Oldstyle at the Flylady thread:rotfl::(.
Right off to annoy/get the kids up by hoovering the stairs:D.
Hope everyone has a lucky Monday.:j DEBT FREE FROM 01/01/11 :j

Morning everyone  the good thing about Monday's is that it's a new week for postie & parcels ( she prays)
Sue, I wish my mum was like your dad, she also had a heart attack last year but still uses lurpak, full lard and still likes a good drink when she's on holiday so I found out! She is still on hol and apparently took bad again cos she had a bit much to drink! She'll never learn.
Was raining here last night and this morning, I was thinking of poor Sheils who is here in the north east!sun is getting back out again now.
Have a great day everyoneBig thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -
It's my Husband not my Dad wingo, he ended up with a triple bypass at 61, I think it scared him so much that he won't touch butter or anything too fatty now. My Dad's 86 and his heart is fine, everything else has given up, but the heart still beats on as strong as ever apparently.Luck is believing you’re lucky – Tennessee Williams
May your pockets be heavy and your heart be light. May good luck pursue you each morning and night – Anonymous0 -
