our reg postman has finished on our rounds now becks, he was telling us they've changed our round to what they call a part time round & as he's a full time he's been moved to another place, so now we've to wait & see what our new postie's going to be like

have been walking /sitting neighbours dog on/off this week & have the same problem as you wingo & melv
she never brings the ball back & when i try to catch her to get it off her she runs away with it :rotfl: she wears me out :rotfl:

well, am quite behind pages so better get a move on
& get catching up :eek::D

Morning all

Not usually in the Inn on a weekday as should be working, but have just had an unexpected parcel arrive containing a fabulous prize so am excited and needed to tell someone!

Have won £250 worth of Burt's Bees goodies, a limited edition designer silk scarf worth £170 and an adopt a beehive for a year from a post by Lakshmi. Hadn't had a wem it just turned up so now I'm beyond excited :j

After my big win last week (also from one of Lakshmi's posts) I didn't think I'd be due anything else for a while. Will have to try to come back down to earth now or I won't get any work done today.

Weather is dark and raining here in Surrey, but really muggy.

Hope your surgery goes well saskiachops and that your recovery is quick.

I bet you're looking forward to seeing Phantom Shiels - it's not a show I've seen and I've seen a lot of musicals. I'm going to see Sister Act near us at the end of month with DH and two friends - also from a win. Should have been a family ticket ie 2 adults and 2 kids, but the theatre were happy enough to change it for 4 adults.

Hope you get to do your own job today Becks. I haven't forgotten that I'm sending you The Times from your wedding day, just trying to find a suitable padded envelope! Will let you know when I post it.

I haven't had a wem from Weetabix so haven't won a tin, but I also haven't had an email from Murad so perhaps I'll get something from them.

Have to laugh.. I just went on vistaprint to see if my order had been shipped and ut says shipped 16/08/12 - now thats time travel they have already shipped it tomorrow :rotfl:

The site is fine for me Bella, no problem at all.

You're welcome to the pic sheils. Must admit to being in that position myself a few times when I come down in the morning and bend down to unlock the french doors. Luckily it's just me and the dog here when it's happened, wonder if that's what brought on his rash :rotfl:

I shouldn't moan really there are peoplr in far worse situations than me and know DH would love to be working but with his sight and constant hospital appointments it's not really viable at the minute.

Off to in laws as she is babysitting again and want to see how much LO has growb since last time I saw her

Then little shift at work and then home to get some forms filled in.

Meant to meeting a mate tomorrow for coffee all being well too so busy busy at minute. Wonder when u will be back to normal enough to do some proper comping
